Order information: items purchased, order history, payment method (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number).

Location data: ZIP code or device location (only when you grant permission) to show farms near you.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and device information to improve the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process and deliver orders, show you relevant farms and products near you, send order confirmations and delivery updates, improve the Platform, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

With merchants: your first name and order details (not your full address or phone number).

With drivers: your delivery address and first name for order fulfillment only.

With Stripe: payment information for secure transaction processing.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

5. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account at any time from your Account settings. We honor data deletion requests within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales (we do not sell data).

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.

7. Children

Farmly is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email.
